A School Love Story ❤️

                                 A HIGH SCHOOL LOVE

Satish joined a new high school in 9th grade. In that school, there were three sections: A section (Kannada), B section (Sanskrit), and C section (English). Satish chose A section where Kannada was the first language.

In the B section, there was a very beautiful girl named Vibha. She always stayed with her close friend Kavya. Both of them used to go to drink water together, have lunch together, and even after school, Kavya used to drop Vibha at the bus stand before going home. Vibha was a school crush for many boys. Every day, 2–3 boys, including seniors, used to follow her.

As usual, our hero Satish, a normal teenager, also fell in love with Vibha. He tried many small tricks to get her attention. Luckily, his primary school friends were in Vibha’s class, and they were close to her. They helped Satish by talking about him to Vibha and creating a good impression.

That year, the government started special coaching classes for all high school students after school. The coaching center was on the next road. Every day, students from all sections used to go there.

One day, Satish was standing near his classroom, and Vibha passed by with Kavya. His friends teased her by calling Satish’s name. Satish felt shy but happy.

During the midterm exams, Satish decided to express his love. After the last exam, he gathered courage and went to the bus stand to propose to her. Luckily for him, Vibha was alone that day, without Kavya.

With fear and butterflies in his stomach, Satish went and sat next to her.

He said, “Hi.”
She replied, “Hello.”

They spoke about general things for some time. Then there was silence for a few minutes. Suddenly, Vibha said,
“Can I tell you something?”

Satish was shocked and replied,
“I also wanted to tell you something.”

They had a small, fun argument about who should tell first, and Vibha won.

She said,
“A girl likes you very much.”

Satish started blushing and said,
“I know.”

Vibha smiled and said,
“Then go and confess to her.”

Satish was shocked. He did not understand what to say. Without saying anything, he left the place. He was not very hurt, because his feelings for Vibha had mostly started because of his friends teasing him.

After the summer holidays, school reopened. Everything became normal. Satish stopped waiting outside her class, and his friends also stopped teasing. Everyone started behaving like strangers.

One day, Satish and Vibha crossed each other in the corridor. Vibha stopped him and asked,

“Did you talk to her? What happened? She is not telling me anything, and you are also silent.”

Satish asked,
“Whom are you talking about?”

Vibha replied,
“Kavya… my friend… she likes you.”

Satish was completely shocked. He had never thought about Kavya before.

After that day, he started noticing Kavya more than Vibha. Slowly, they started talking. They met often in the coaching class, but never expressed their feelings.

One day, during a special class, the guest lecturer was delayed, and students were chatting. Satish wanted to talk to Kavya, but she ignored him. He felt disappointed.

The next day in school, he asked her why she had ignored him.

Kavya smiled and said,
“My house is opposite the coaching center. I felt nervous to talk to you there.”

From that day, they became closer than ever.

Finally, the last exam of the final semester came. Farewell day arrived. Many students confessed their love to each other.

But Satish and Kavya did not say anything.

They just looked at each other and smiled.

Because sometimes…
love does not need words to be understood. ❤️
